Anyone on Quick Ship Cloud and had issues getting printing to work at the start? We are unable to print. I don’t even see it hitting any log files on our server.
We aren’t on QS anymore - maybe if you’re sending output to network printers you might need a Network Edge Agent set up? We’ve got some automation directing output based on workstation and needed the NEA setup. Found out the hard way that NEA also needs separate ports for Live/Pilot…unlike the client Edge that can handle multiple environments.
Check your local QS server make sure the client is running and that it can “see” your printers. Also check the Cloud settings tab to ensure you’ve got that all setup correctly.
There is a Quick Ship cloud printing edge service that is required for this to work.
I have not installed this, the QS team did this for us. They had mentioned this was difficult part of the process.
yes the quick ship print monitor service is running and can see my printer. I have never seen this Cloud Setting before. Where is this and how to do you get to that? the screen shot you provided I have never seen before.

Sounds like the client wasn’t installed correctly on your QS print server. As @bderuvo mentioned Support will help you get it setup and configured.
Epicor did all the installations. UGH!!!

Sounds like they didn’t configure it correctly then.
That is what i have been trying to tell them. I about had it with this project and Epicor sending me to support or back to the project team
Are you trying to print shipping labels? It looks like you are on-prem so I don’t know how that’s setup.
This is what we needed to do to print shipping labels (we are on cloud for both QS and Epicor).

we in the process of moving to the cloud and we are testing our cloud envrionment. I just want to print the international paperwork or reprint labels but nothing is printing.
I will try this and see if it fixes our issue. Sad support or Epicor didn’t know enough to do this for us. This has been a very disappointing experience with them

We got it fixed. Once we got support on the phone and they got on our server I asked about this client screen they had pulled up. Once they checked my server it was an old revision and we updated it and working now
