It was country. It was not filled out…I really don’t understand why these APIs can’t give better error messages. Makes it hard for the business users to figure out what’s wrong.

Ship to’s have to have a contact phone number; not many of ours did, populated them all with ten 1’s

Again, this is something I wish the quickship team would add so that we were adding this as a default in quick ship and not having to modify ERP data records to adhere to fedex.
