QuickShip Ref 2 pulls to UPS not FedEx

In QuickShip (Version : 2024.1.1.503) we have Ref 1 and Ref 2 populated as shown below.

Both UPS and FedEx have columns (in the billing detail they sent us) for Ref 1, Ref 2, … Ref 5.

UPS receives Ref 1 and Ref 2.

FedEx receives Ref 1 but not Ref 2. Ref 3 has what looks like some sort of billing code (TP, CC, PP…) but I cannot figure out the exact source of those values.

Anyone know how to get the Ref 2 info to FedEx?
