Yesterday we saw an instance where the sales person pulls up her quote and where the quote number should be it says “Undefined.” Everyone else can view the quote normally, but for her, it says “Undefined.” I’ve never seen this before. Has anyone? Can’t find anything about it online either. I’m wondering if it could be related to the Win the Quote task, where they clicked Complete box, but not the Create Order box, but that’s all I’ve got. We’ve already checked Workforce Entry and nothing has changed. Anyone else seen this before? We are in Kinetic now, and as far as I know, we never saw this in previous versions.
Does it work on the classic version of the screen? that way you should be able to rule out security setup problems.

Solution was simple. It was just another personalization causing trouble. After deleting, all is good again.
