Our company uses the alternative method for all items. I am trying to create quotes and method is blank since it looks like it is pulling up the primary method which is blank. I reviewed the method tracker and the box is checked by using an alternative method. Since is not seeing the alternative method there is no manufacturing data and no costing information. I would think that since the box is checked to use the alternative method, it would work. In sales order entry, it works correctly.

When you click actions quote line mfg details, the window allows you select the method or alt method for the part.
Being a multiplant environment, make sure the alt method is available from within the plant are logged into.
