Hi,
We did this using shared variables and if statements. The if statements were required because the worksheet shows all the quantity breaks and to get a relevant total you have to choose one of the quantity breaks that matches the expected quantity on each line. So the first rule was that there had to be a quantity break equal to the expected quantity in the quote and then in Crystal you have to check if this is the matching one before accumulating the totals.

Subject: [Vantage] Quote Worksheet - How to Total Labor Cost, Material Cost, etc.
I am trying to create a Grand Total of the Labor Cost, Material Cost, Subcontract Cost, etc. on the Crystal Quote Worksheet. The totals are currently at the Quote line level. I know how to modify the form but do not know how to get the Grand Totals. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
