Quotes Form-Crystal- Extended Prices Capability?

We received our Vantage from a company we bought our division from.
The quote form already linked the QuoteQty to the QuoteDtl. I just
made the extended price field within a formula. I'll ask the prior
company if they did the link or if Epicor did it.

Has anyone successfully adapted the Vantage canned Quote form to include
extended pricing and a total?

I have been able to get Report Builder to go there, but the Quote form in
Crystal seems to be dealing with phantom table links. Has anyone attempted
to link the QuoteQty table to the QuoteDtl?

I am considering running all quote forms through report builder, but that
should be a last-resort decision due to the ease of running a form from the
quote entry sheet, which will limit ability to print if the form is not
complete.
