Hi, I’m trying to raise jobs for (a make to stock) but i have gaps in my knowledge that im hoping someone can fill.
- I’ve uploaded demand manually
- Ran MRP - I can see its appearing in forecast entry
(the next bit is a blank hole)
Easiest way to create a MTS job:
- Quick Job Entry
- Select Next Job
- Enter the part number to be manufactured and select the revision
- Enter the quantity to manufacture
- Enter the date required
- Select the Engineered, Scheduled, Released checkboxes as appropriate
- Save
A job will have been created with the MOM of the part/revision

Are you trying to firm up multiple jobs at once based on MRP suggestions/unfirm jobs?
If you go to Job Status Maintenance, then click the binoculars icon, you can search for unfirm jobs - then go the list view to firm/engineer/release etc from there - is that what you’re after?
