I have a simple report based on the part table. I have removed all band
lines other than the RECORD band line. I am exporting it to a CSV file
and the resulting file contains several blank lines at every page break.
Is there a way to eliminate the page breaks so I get one continuous set
of data without blank lines?

Have you tried setting the page layout margins to zero?
