RB Linking OrderMsc Table to OrderHed and OrderDtl. Table

Can anyone tell me how to go about linking the OrderMsc table to
OrderHed and OrderDtl tables in Report Builder. The problem I see is
that in OrderMsc.orderline it can = 0. Which makes it impossible to
be linked with OrderDtl Which I would like to do since I can have
Misc. charges at the OrderHed and OrderDtl.
