Financial reports cannot be posted on egroups. In your financial designer
look at # of periods and period and year offsets. You can set these up for
prior periods and prior years so when you run a current period report it
will calculate prior periods and years if it is setup properly in the
designer and you do not have to change anything once you have this setup.

month you have to 'reset' the column's to include
the previous period which was the current period
last period. Kind of a pain. Unless someone else

Have you looked into creating your required report in the Financial Report
Designer? At the last users' conference a class showed how it can be done.
I haven't done it on my own, but I could probably dig up the instruction
sheet they handed out at that session if you need it. Let me know, and I
can fax you a copy.
