Ready to Fulfill - Fulfillment work bench

Hi,

I was under the impression that if the “Ready to Fulfill” checkbox is not checked in order entry then the order will not show up in fulfillment work bench. Is that what the RTF checkbox is for correct?

For some reason I’m seeing orders in fulfillment work bench where RTF is not checked.

The field you are thinking of is Ready to Fulfill. It is on the OrderHed and OrderRel tables.

Got it. Have you verified the OrderREl.ReadyToFulfi value?

I found the problem. This needs to be checked in the Site Config.

Not sure that checking that box is the entire solution to the problem. This just “requires” that this be checked… but the search in fulfillment workbench also has a checkbox (if i remember correctly) to filter sales orders that have not been checked as ready.
