Reasons why the Approval required is grayed out

Any idea why the approval required check box is greyed out and I cant change it?

Hey Hally,
Thank you, I am new to this portal. You are right, I needed to add the pics but for this one, it is resolved for now, I need to get the Time management License.

That’s interesting, would have thought that you would have got an error message when loading the time and Expense entry form.
