I know our accountants use it for both our customer rebates and our rep group commissions. We had to develop a dashboard - called the Rebate Transactions Dashboard, so that they can manually each month/quarter/etc. check all of the calculations Epicor does - I guess Epicor's logic isn't quite deep enough for them. I think there is a bug or something with actually paying the rebates/commissions, so the amount owed each customer just keeps climbing and we ignore that - maybe we just never fully implemented? That's very possible.
