Receipt Entry Blank Title 94645

Hi All,

We are currently upgrading from V6.1 to E9 and are also taking to opportunity to review our processes.

When performing the receipt of a line in V6 the type of transaction, for example, to stock, to job, subcontract etc is determined automatically by the PO line that is selected.

In E9 it appears you must know the type of transaction before you begin the receipt of the line. This suggests that we need to use the PO tracker to determine the type of line before every receipt. This seems to be a bit of a step backwards and doesn't appear logical.

Is there a better ways to do this or am I missing anything?
