In Receipt Entry, a user is not able to delete a receipt. On the Summary tab in the main Receipt Entry scree, the red ‘X’ in the menu bar is missing. What would cause it to be missing or is it an option or personalization? How did the red ‘X’ get removed?
I would check under Tools - Options - Global Options - Toolbar and see if delete is not selected. If it appears selected it possibly could be a personalization issue which a purge of that personalization for the user should fix.
Thanks for the Toolbar options. I can see where a user may have accidentally hidden it but it doesn’t make sense why they would do this or if something else caused it to be hidden. We did a purge personalization and it is there now.
