Wondered if anyone has any idea why this is happening…
When I book in it comes up with an unconfirmed order.
Has anyone come across this error before, it has allowed me to continue booking in. But this unconfirmed order wasn’t there in training.

These are the conditions for when that “Unconfirmed” shape will be INVISIBLE:
Does your receipt line meet any of these conditions?
oh it might be that my PO isn’t approved.
Could also be (I think) if parts are in inspection. I think the receipt may not be “confirmed” until they’re officially received into inventory.
You can control this through Company Configuration.
