Since upgrading to 2024.1.10, we occasionally see this error when receiving Drop Ship items.
It’s not a data or method directive. No mention of this error on EpicCare (or even here). Has anyone else bumped into this one?
The sales order was on credit hold, but releasing it didn’t eliminate the message. I’m not sure if the Ship To in question belongs to the Purchase Order or the Sales Order.
BUT, I see the Customer does not match the customer on the header. They created a customer for our company since the material is being drop shipped here.
