Receiving in Epicor 9 (Arrived Lines in Receipt Entry)

I don't know anything about a "Get PO Releases" option, but you can use Mass Receipt to pull the lines into the 'Arrived Lines' list. On the Mass Receipt screen, choose 'Select All' which pulls the lines into the lower gridview (from the 'PO Releases' grid to the 'Mass Receipts' grid). Then leave the 'Received' checkbox unchecked for the lines and choose the 'Process' button. This will pull all your lines (or the ones you selected) into the 'Arrived Lines' tab.

Just one idea for a workaround that you may have already tried. Hope this helps!

We are upgrading from Vantage 8.03 to Epicor 9.05. One difference between the systems is how receipt entry functions. In 8.03 the receiver entered the PO number and packing slip, then all of the PO line/releases were automatically populated under the "Pending PO Lines" tab from which the user could select which lines to receive. In 9.05 the "Pending PO lines" tab no longer exists, but in its place there is an "arrived Lines" tab. The "Arrived lines tab does not populated when a PO and pacing slip are entered. In Epicor 9.0.5700C the 'Arrived Lines' tab in Receipt Entry still does not populate, is this feature still broken ? Without it there's no direct replacement for the 'Pending PO Lines' tab available within Vantage's Receipt Entry (why should we have to use Mass Receipt !).

If you use the Get PO Releases function then the lines will appear in the arrived panel.

... but there is no 'Get PO Releases' option anywhere in Receipt Entry (in Epicor 9.0.5.700C) !.
