Receiving Labels

Thanks for the suggestions. It ended up being an outdated driver for the zebra printer.

If this is E9, you might try a newer version of the Crystal Reports Runtimes (downloaded directly from SAP)

There was a good thread on this in the past couple of months.

If you are using Crystal 2008 you can try:
Page Setup --> Print Options --> Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size = Checked.
