We have a job that was outside labor, OSL.
We received it back, and it went to QC, a DMR was issued which pulled them out of inventory, they went back to the OSL and the issue was fixed, but there was no way to recieve them back again to complete the job.
What are we missing? Did we need to do another job when they went back? or a corrective action in QC to release them when that’s completed?
