I would have that pc exit vantage, then go to the server
and run promon... see if that pc still shows it is
running vantage. If so, kill the user connection from
Promon.

I have a user who is getting this error message. In the past I have been
able to clear this out by running the endact.r, however this time it is
not working as there are no jobs present. Is there another way to clear
this error and allow the user to clock in data collection
