We are still primarily using Classic screens, but in one of the few Kinetic ones we use, Project Entry, we are running into a little bit of an inconvenience. Typically, if you were to type in a Project ID that does not exist, you would get this pop-up:

This is very useful for when someone mistypes the Project ID and it prevents them from having to go in and hit “Undo” or “Delete Project”. It appears that some people in our company had checked the “Do not show this dialog again” box at some point in time. If they don’t realize they mistyped, end up clicking something else, and then try to refresh and clear the screen, an error pops up displaying all of the required fields that still need to be filled out.
I also do not have the pop-up appear, but don’t remember ever checking that box so I thought maybe it had something to do with the field itself. However, I’ve tried testing with the Key Field box and couldn’t get any results there. I’ve also gone around to different users and get varied results when it comes to “mistyping” a Project ID which leads me to believe it’s not based on the field.
Does anyone know if there is a way to force that pop-up to appear when typing in a Project ID that does not exist?
