At some point, I setup the Aged Receivables report to recur and send an email to myself and others every Monday at 12 am. For some reason, the report is incorrect so I want to cancel the recurrence. I have gone into the System Agent and it is not listed there. Yesterday, I deleted the whole schedule that runs Mondays at 12 am to see if that will work.
Has anyone had this happen and how can I make it stop? I won’t know if deleting the schedule will work until next Monday. Thank you for any help.
I assume deleting the schedule will work if you deleted the correct one. If you have access to your SQL DB you can try looking for the report in Ice.SysAgentTask.
Do you have a test environment that could still have the scheduled tasks enabled? I chased erroneous data from a scheduled BAQ export that was coming from the test system once when I forgot to disable the schedules after a refresh.
This was the issue! I don’t even remember setting it up in test, but I actually think that IT did a backup of live and put it in test, so that would explain it. Thank you for this suggestion!
