Referrence Box On Packing Slip and Invoice - HELP!

What version of Vantage & what version of Crystal Reports are you
using?

If V8 and CR11, then you need to add the OrderRel table then the
fieldname OrderRel.Reference to your Report Data Definitions for both
the packing slip and the invoice. Then in the Report Data
Definitions you need to establish relationships between the newly
added table and one of the existing main tables.

There are two How-Tos for this in two AnswerBooks on the Epicor
website. The first one is AnswerBook # 4778MPS, titled "CR Modifying
a Crystal Report form in V8.xx". The second one is AnswerBook #
7567MPS titled, "REPORTS How are new tables added to a Report Data
Definition in V8.03?"
