Reflect Service Contract renewal in Serial Number tracker, Case entry and relevant forms/trackers/reports

Serial numbers against Renewed Contracts display the wrong contract dates in part tracker and case entry.

Case Entry and Part Tracker always display the initial contract dates, While Epicor thinks this is the accepted and intended behaviour, this leads to confusion as customers are asked to renew contracts that have been renewed already, engineers perform services and bill customers that they may not normally bill, and the list goes on.
