Refresh the lines and releases question not being asked in Sales Order

Kinetic Version 2024.1.9 (We are using the Kinetic Client)
I have a Windows 10 machine that is not asking the below question when a ship to is changed on a sales order. I can go to a different machine and use the same login and it asks the question. Has anyone encountered this before or have an idea of how to fix it?

Popup blocker in the browser?

I don’t think so. We are using the client not the browser and other Popups come up.

It’s simply a new feature, when you change the Ship To or other fields on the order you get prompted if you would like it to automatically update the lines and releases. Your choice yes or no. No fix needed.

Correct. My problem is I am not getting the prompt on one of my users computer. Go to another computer and login that same person and it does give the prompt.

I’d suggest running a trace from the browser,
Control-Alt-8 to turn on debug mode, F12 to open dev tools, go to console tab
Take a look at the logic flow on the computer that works, and same on the computer that isn’t, i’d expect to see a difference in the output of condition checks (or maybe something odd like a popup blocker)

We are on 2023.2 (browser only), and I feel the same, that this does not come up with near the same reliability as it did in classic.

I never spent time to document or test or anything. But I think I was training someone and said “OK, next you’ll see a pop-up asking you… oh, well maybe not.”

Deleting and reloading the client fixed the problem.
