Regarding MES Alerts and Pop up messages

Hi,
is it possible to send alerts or pop up messages in MES every 2hours about their efficiency status and completed qty Vs Production Standard?
If yes, please provide me some ideas.

If you do a UI cusomtization, you might be able to do a Timer() event that would do this
