Remove required field 8.0

The simplest solution to this is to create a Marketing Campaign called
'default' and then enter this in the company configuration. This way you
never need to enter it when created a new Sales Order but the field is
still available for use at a later date.

remove a required filed? I'm in the Sales Order Entry Form and I want to
remove marketing campaign as a required filed. There are no rules that
show up in the Rules Wizard when I customize this form. Anyone have a
clue?
