Is there a way to remove enabled modules in a test environment to see if we still need them? We have a few modules that we don’t think we need, specifically Landed Cost, Service Connect and Payroll.
In Company Configuration you can view the licensed and enabled. To edit I believe you need to do it in the Administration tool on the app server (On Prem). If you’re SasS you’ll need to ask Epicor.

I am on Prem. I went into the Admin Console and looked at the modules available/enabled and it is not possible to un-enable a module. Or at least I haven’t figured out how to do it yet.
I’ve been SaaS for awhile so my memory is fuzzy. I think you’ll need to spin up a new app on the server and set the licenses then restore.

that does make sense and sounds like it would by-pass the “module has already been enabled” issue.

You can contact your CAM and get a pre-disabled license file to see what breaks.
