Replication Time Out values

During the initialization of Replication Server I have the following message.

ERROR TekfenSubscriber Error initializing data for 'GLAccount':
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding

Does anybody know how to change the timeout values?

We are using 9.05.606 for MSSQL Database.
