Report Builder and Win2000

Have you looked into the Vantage environment variables and made sure they
are set for the logged in user ?

Our IT guy has been trying to provide report builder access to a user who is
on Windows 2000. He gets the following error when he tries to go into RB:

"prorb32.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will
need to restart the program."

Vantage help says it may have something to do with Win2000 or virus
detection. Anyone else experienced and solved this problem?
