Report Builder Error: "File Error (100)"

How many reports do you have in your library. RB library's seem to have
an upper limit as to how many reports can live there. (I've encountered
this with "custom reports" in Vantage). The limit I've encountered was
around 200 or so reports. After that I broke them up into departmental
libraries.

I'm getting this error when trying to open one of my Report Builder
Libraries. All other libraries seem to open just fine.
Unfortunately, this has all my active reports in it! Any ideas?

From the Progress KnowledgeBase: (badly wrapped link below)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
ID P4719
Title: "Opening Report Builder library fails with error File error (100)"
Known to occur in:
Windows NT32 Intel/Windows 2000
Progress 9.x

Cause:
.prl file is corrupted

Fix:
Restore from most recent backup of your Library (.prl) file
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've heard this can happen if the .prl is too large (too many reports).

I have seen this error before particularly in running Custom Reports in
Vantage. There are too many reports in one library(And I don't know that
magic number). Create a new library and move some reports and the error
should disappear.
