I've attacked it a few ways.
1. Keep a counter of lines in the current grouping level (in this case Part) and set several calculated fields to contain the value depending on the current "line" in the group (in this case 1st op, 2ns op, etc...). Then report the whole bunch of them in the group (Part) footing.
2. I have also linked multiple times (with aliases) to the sub level (in this case Op) using constants (10, 20, 30) but this only works if you are absolutely sure the keys are in a regular sequence (like 1,2,3 or 10,20,30). This is handy if you want a lot of info from each sub-item because you don't need to make so many calculated fields.
3. You might also try formatting into columns (similar to as for labels) but I think this only works at the "record" grouping (sorry, can't recall).
Just a few approaches. There are probably more ways to skin this critter.
