Report builder from Citrix

The reports worked fine until we went to Ver5. I can print reports from
Citrix (administrator), but no one else can print the custom Report Builder
reports.
Thanks
Nancy

The one thing I found with Citrix (for auto created printers), there
couldn't be any blank spaces in the printer names. By removing the spaces
or using the underscore symbol for spaces, it resolved our printing issues
on Citrix.

I have the brain teaser for today.
Users who can run Report Builder reports from the Vantage menu, can not run
them from Citrix.
If a user is logged in locally they can run RB reports from the Vantage
menu. When the same user logs in through Citrix the same Report Builder
reports on the Vantage menu will not work. You click the report it brings
up the window to select Preview or change Filters and when you "print" from
there, you get nothing. No errors - No filters to change, No preview, no
report.
I'm thinking it is a security-permission issue. Any ideas?
Thanks

I'm not familiar with Citrix but this sounds suspiciously like the issue
where if you double-click on the print button (bad habit) the filters or
preview windows will be behind everything else. Something in the screens
makes it lose its position (on-top). Just a guess but even if not double
clicking perhaps the Citrix component in the mix could also be confusing it?
If you try to run the report again do you get an RB error, as if it is
trying to run it twice at the same time? This might indicate the first
atempt is indeed trying to run. Sometimes closing all other screen object
will reveal the hidden one.

Nope, that was my first thought to. But there isn't anything lurking behind
the other windows.
Thanks for the thought.
