Hi,
Yes, I had that thought also, but the ReasonType field is not in the
DMR table.
Thanks,
Judy

You should try to use the Reason.ReasonType field in the join.
The primary index is Company, ReasonType, ReasonCode.
This would just select the DMR or Material reason and not duplicate.

Subject: [Vantage] Report Builder help with DMR and Reason Codes
Hi,
I have a problem on a report with repeating entries, and I think I
know why but not sure if I can do anything about it. It is a DMR report for
our suppliers. The problem is that I have the DMRActn table linked to the
reason code table, so I can get the reason description to print out on the
report. On the DMRActn table you can only link through reason code, not
reason type. Somehow we have the same reason code in DMR's and Inventory
Adjustments. These are the ones we are getting repeat entries on. Any
ideas?
Thanks,
Judy
