Report Builder: Job material not purchased

Thanks for the feedback Lydia. We have used the matl status in the
past, but our Engineering dept would like to see some fields that are
not there, like part description.

Hello everyone....Looking for help with a report that lists all
material on a given job that has not been purchased. We're using
5.20.320 and there is the "ordered" field in the jobmatl table that
would do exactly what we need, if is was working. Good ol' future
implementation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I'm on 5.1, but try this: go in to job tracker for the given job, there
is a button called material status. Click it. It puts up a box that asks
for exceptions only and a date-I always ask for everything, give it a date
way out in time (like the end of the year). Then it gives you a pretty
little screen that shows the materials, and whether they've been ordered.
There's a print button at the bottom of this page. There ya go, and no
joins in report builder.
