Report Builder / One Record Showing

Sorry Gary...new user to Report Builder. I am struggling with
Grouping and Sorting. If I move the data fields to the record
section then I get multiple entries of the same record?

ReqDate but it only show one record per date. How do I get it to show
multiple records for the same date?
What does your sorting and grouping look like? Is Order/line/release below date?

Sort order should maybe be something like:
ReqDate
Order
Line
Rel

Then report either at the record level or do the grouping and report at group footer for Rel.

I am running a Scheduled Shipments report grouped by Order Release
ReqDate but it only show one record per date. How do I get it to show
multiple records for the same date?

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
I am grouping by OrderRel.Reqdate
and Sorting by OrderRel.Reqdate, OrderRel.OrderNum,
OrderRel.OrderLine, OrderRel.OrderRelNum

still not working?

I am filtering by OpenRelease=yes and then OrderRel.Reqdate and it
is not listing the correct release number either?

Is your data fields in the group section or in the detail section. They
will need to be in the detail section

If you do that you will only show the last record (footer) or the first
record (header) in that group

You need to move your data fields in the OrderRel Group section or into
the detail section, then you will see all the records appear!
