Good morning. I am curious if anyone else has encountered this. We are in
5.20.311, and we have CRM. I am attempting to create a report via Report
Builder that would be quite similar to the Task List (the Salesperson
Workbench) of a respective salesperson. It would contain the
Opportunity/Quote No., the line number, the line description, the status of
the opportunity/quote based on the current status of the task set assigned,
the preceding task (possibly) and the salesperson responsible for the
current open task. Anyone addressed this or have an idea where and what
tables would be the best to utilize?
Our Task is to THINK Change!!!
