Are the Printers the same kind? What driver
is the Citrix server using as a Print Driver? I had
this issue where the user printed to a LaserJet 4000,
but the driver was a LaserJet 4, which didn't allow
for the additional drawer and paper types. Let me know

Hi Everyone,
I created a new report and can't seem to control which printer drawer to
print from. We have another office running Citrix to our main office server.
Locally, I can log on using Citrix and print fine from the main office, but
the users at the other office can't choose a printer tray successfully. They
always defaut to the same tray. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
Any ideas?
