Vantage 5.2
We currently have a report that is based on the OrderRel table and
joined to JobProd, JobHead, etc...
The report is used as a communication tool between Account
Management, Purchasing, and Production.
It's primary purpose is for the three disciplines to decide on an
answer date to provide to the customer.
At this time we have someone manually entering the "missing material"
in the job comments field so that it prints out on the report.
I would like to be able to add this information to the report itself
via JMtlStat.
So, my questions is.... Since JMtlStat is not a true database file,
can it be utilized for this purpose? If not, is there another way.
It doesn't make sense for someone to have to go into each job, review
the material requirements, type them into the job comments, and then
have someone verify them.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Scott Zwieg
