Report design problem trying to find open PO's where "Buy For" i

As Cathy said, it's on the PORel table and not PODetail... look for the TranType field. A value of "PUR-SUB" indicates subcontract. The JobSeqType should also be "S", but the TranType field is always there in both Vantage and E9.

Vantage nation,

I'm trying to write a Crystal Report to find subcontract PO's. To find the field I went to developer mode, then customization on PO tracker, clicked on the "subcontract" field under the Buy For area and it tells me the data source is "PODetail" and the data field is "CalcTranType". So far so good. However, when I look in Data Dictionary and Crystal ODBC connection to PODetail, this field is NOT THERE in PODetail. Can anyone shed some light on this as to what exactly is happening? Thanks!

We have Epicor 9, not Vantage.

Check the field PORel.JobSeqType = 'S'. Hopefully, this has not changed.

Vantage nation,

I'm trying to write a Crystal Report to find subcontract PO's. To find the
field I went to developer mode, then customization on PO tracker, clicked on
the "subcontract" field under the Buy For area and it tells me the data
source is "PODetail" and the data field is "CalcTranType". So far so good.
However, when I look in Data Dictionary and Crystal ODBC connection to
PODetail, this field is NOT THERE in PODetail. Can anyone shed some light on
this as to what exactly is happening? Thanks!
