Report processing has been canceled by the user

Epicor 10.1.600.15
Error when running long reports:

My users are running certain reports that take a log time to process, like the Stock Status report. When this report is run the error in the System Monitor:

Report processing has been canceled by the user.

I know this is a setting, but I’m drawing a blank, end of day thing. I thought it was the Task Agent that had this setting.

Can someone just guide me where this setting is so they can run long reports :rofl:

I found the issue. In Site Settings in the SSRS page Time Out was set to 1800 Seconds. I clicked the ‘Allow the report to run indefinitely’ checkbox and all is well.

Also shows up in the system monitor as

Program Ice.Services.Lib.RunTask raised an unexpected exception with the following message: RunTask:
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
