Report Question

I went Into the report Data Definition Created a duplicate and Added
Numbers 01 up to number20 to the JobHead Included Fields. I then
went to the Job Job Traverler Report Data Set and put the Report
Style to the Data Definition that I just Created. I then Printed a
Traveler with the new data set to create my xml file. I opened up
crystal reports and opened the JobTraveler. I went to the the
datasource and Searched out the xml File that was just created. I
then Updated and closed. I look in my field explorer and not all
the fields that I added at the report data set is there. It stops
at Number11 and does not show 12 through 20 for jobhead.

Working on a report that gives us all of our open MakeOver Jobs
currently in the shop.
MakeOver job is just a job where we had to scrap materials in house.
What I am trying to do is put on the report the qty of boards running
throught he shop. The problem is that with the following tables
involved in the report: JobHead, JobProd, JobAsembl,LaborDtl, and
Customer, I only seem to be able to pull Qty from the orderqty in
OrderDtl, or prodqty in jobprod. The numbers just aren't right, as
the orderqty is pulling the original orderqty amount, not the make
over amount....any ideas of where else I could look.

Forgive me if I said that wrong, but what I have been asked for is a report
that shows when the $$ will come due for the POs we are entering now and in
the recent past.

Anyone???

We use a similar report using Crystal.
We link these tables:
-Company
-PODetail
-PORel
-POHeader
-Vendor

and use these fields:
-PORel.PONum
-POHeader.OrderDate
-PORel.DueDate
-Vendor.Name
-POHeader.EntryPerson
-PODetail.UnitCost
-PORel.RelQty

Michael, Your question isn't very clear. Could you provide more detail about what you did - adding numbers 01 to 20. I'm sorry I didn't understand what you did using the job traveler exactly.
