Just to clarify..in case were not speaking on the same terms..i was
referring to the original report style and not the crystal report
itself. Im not sure screen shots work here but ill include one below
just in case.
What we experienced during an update is in each report ID there are
multiple styles and each comes with a style named 'Standard'. If we
modified this it was usually overwritten back to its original
configuration, and Ive also seen where it blew away any additional ones
in there as well. If the 'standard' style is left intact and just
inactivated it left everything else alone.

Rob,
The original standard report was never changed. All of our custom
reports are tweaked copies of the original...which are then set as
default.
This is why I'm so concerned. Why would a report style disappear during
an upgrade? Odd.
