We have one user that no matter if she prints/previews it doesn’t ever process for her. All of the reports are showing up on the System Monitor history tab and show complete. None of them are showing up on the Reports tab.
When looking at the SysRptList table, all of the reports are stuck in LastAction = ‘SSRSREADY’ status. This does not happen for anybody else. It also seems to come and go. Any ideas what to look at? We’ve deleted Epicor and all related directories in the temp/programdata directories. Fresh install and it still happens.
