We shipped a high value shipment and the carrier label and the UPS high value report printed out. However, the carrier label was damaged and needs to be reprint.
But every time we try to reprint the carrier label, only the UPS high value report prints out.
Is there anyway to turn the high value report off temporarily until after we get the carrier label to print?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
