Can anyone tell me how I can resequence materials on a BOM that is a configured part with rules attached already.

You’d do it the same way you do it with a non-configured BOM but afterwards you need to make sure that the rules moved with it.
My recommendation (based on past experiences) is to have all other configurator stuff closed while doing it in engineering workbench and change them manually. That seems to take along the rules the best. You’ll want to go into rule entry and make sure they did update though. I do believe there is a warning message that pops up when they move saying they will blow away and I do believe they stay if done in this process.
I would caution that you may want to test it before you do anything crazy in your live environment though.

Engineering workbench but not recommended as you may lose your existing rules on the materials. Workbench will warn you. So take note of your rules in case you need to add them back.
Probably also depends if it’s a Super BOM, or a Template BOM.
