Reset the database or restart afresh

Hi,
We are using cloud smart client (hosted by third party).
Due to absence of DMT tool we had done manual entries of masters by users which resulted in duplications and errors.
Now as we have the DMT tool, we have uploaded the rest of the balances, but need to cleanup everything and start everything afresh.

Note: Every time there is new release the system gets updated.
What is the best way to go about this?

Coordinate this with the third party that is hosting the system. There is no “Reset Database”, other than deleting it and installing a new blank one

If you haven’t done any transactions, you could possibly use DMT to delete the items you wish to get rid of. I know with MOMs it is tricky to delete, but it can be done.

Starting with a blank database may be the only option, but there will be a lot of company/site setup to redo.

Thank you so much for the replies and suggestions…
It was not possible to redo everything so we have deleted some masters through DMT tool for which there were no transactions and deactivated the rest(which were less in number).
Now correct database is uploaded, it was time consuming but achieved the desired result.

Always maintain one Environment with setups and configuration only without any transactions.
If the situation will come like you, We can raise a request to replace the database with that setup database.
