Is there a way to only allow one Resource within a Resource Group to be scheduled at a time?

It’s been awhile since we’ve used it, but have you tried to run global (finite) scheduling? You will need to check your resources Finite Capacity.
We used to only run it for our lab scheduling. Calculate global scheduling order was run, then we’d pick off the jobs that didn’t have lab testing and run the global scheduling on it with the finite capacity checked on associated lab resource. It would not overlap resource usage where finite. We weren’t good enough with accurate time on our routings and labor charges against operations, so we gave up on it for now.
